CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy At Vaya Skin Care, your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. To respect both our clients’s time and our scheduling, we kindly ask for a least 24 hours notice for any cancellations or appointment changes. - Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment will incur a cancellation fee of 50% price, add-on services are not included in this fee. - The cancellation fee will be waived if you reschedule your appointment before the scheduled appointment time. - Clients are permitted up to two reschedules for the same appointment. Any additional reschedules or a subsequent cancellation within 24 hours will result in the 50% cancellation fee. No Shows Clients who fail to arrive for their scheduled appointment without notice will be charged 100% of the scheduled service. Late Arrivals Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to have their service shortened or rescheduled to avoid impacting the next scheduled appointment. Full service charge may still apply. Card On File A valid credit/ debit card is required on file to reserve all appointments. Cards will only be charged in accordance with cancellation and no show policies.
